ABOUT
Seagrass Cottage in the Hammock has been completely renovated and can be rented in different ways. You can rent Seagrass I or II or you can rent the entire Cottage. The space is decorated in a modern, calming, coastal style perfect for a place located within walking distance to the ocean. Just down the street from the beach at Malacompra Park, you will find this cottage situated on a large lot with all the amenities you could need for a beach vacation!
When you rent the entire cottage, you will enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a large living room, eat-in kitchen and kitchenette. There is also a den if someone needs quiet for working or if the children need a place to play!
If you rent Seagrass I, you will have access to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom along with small den, nicely stocked kitchenette and porch.
If you rent Seagrass II, you will have access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with the large living room, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, laundry and patio.
A Place To Call Home
Located in Palm Coast, halfway between St. Augustine & Daytona Beach. Just off of historic A1A is this cozy, charming cottage. You can just rest, relax and recharge enjoying the beach or explore those beautiful cities during your stay!
Either way, you will feel right at home when you return from your day!

Full Baths with Tubs
There is a full bathroom in each unit . If you rent the entire cottage, you will have access to 2 full bathrooms
Large Yard
The yard is large at the Seagrass Cottage. You will enjoy a patio, deck, hammock and rope swing under the canopy of live oak trees.
Deck/Patio
The Seagrass Cottage has a deck near the entry to Seagrass I and a patio near the entry to Seagrass II for your enjoyment
Free Wifi
We have Spectrum wireless internet at the cottage. You can stay in touch while on vacation and also log in to your favorite streaming services.
Laundry
There is a full washer and dryer for your convenience located in the bathroom of Seagrass II.
Fully-Stocked Kitchen
The Seagrass II kitchen has been outfitted with everything you would need to cook a beautiful meal during your stay. Seagrass I has a well stocked kitchenette perfect for breakfast, coffee and small bites.
